3. Confirm the Quote and Proof
Review the quotation and digital proof, including both sides where relevant. Confirm the proposed specification before arranging the sample.
4. Review Your Sample
Sampling has no minimum order quantity and takes 7 working days. Check appearance, insert movement and the agreed packaging on the physical sample.
5. Approve Bulk Production
Approve the sample and record any agreed changes. Confirm the quantity per design and the production schedule in the order.
6. Prepare Packing and Delivery
Confirm the packing method, delivery destination and shipping arrangements. Artwork review, transport and bulk production are scheduled separately from sampling.

Sampling takes 7 working days. Ask us to confirm the start date for your agreed artwork and specification. Artwork revisions, approval, shipping and bulk production need their own schedule. Can I start without production-ready artwork?
Yes. A sketch, reference image or clear idea is enough to start the conversation. Vector AI or PDF files are useful when available, while PNG or JPG artwork can explain the intended appearance. We will review the files and identify any preparation needed before a digital proof and sample can be arranged.
Can each design use different moving inserts?
You can propose a different insert set for each design. Send the character, icons or objects you want inside and we will review the space, shapes and quantity together. The final insert set must suit the internal cavity and should be checked in a physical sample for movement and visibility.
Can shaker keychains have different artwork on each side?
Different front and back artwork can be discussed during design review. The clear window, printed areas, white ink and internal inserts need to work together so neither view becomes confusing. Show us both intended views, and confirm the print arrangement and transparency on the proof before approving a sample.
Can I add glitter, epoxy or holographic effects?
Tell us the effect you want and where you want it placed. Compatibility depends on the layered construction and the areas that must remain clear. We will review the combination before quoting. An attractive effect should still allow customers to see the inserts, so request a sample of the agreed finish.
Can you supply backing cards and coordinated gift packaging?
Yes, custom packaging can be included in the project discussion, from a branded backing card to a box or coordinated merchandise set. Share a reference or describe the presentation you want. We will confirm the pack contents, artwork, assembly and any design-specific requirements as part of the quotation.
