Do you provide design services?

Yes! Our in-house design team can help you create production-ready artwork from scratch or refine your existing designs. We support 2D illustration, 3D modeling, and color matching.
What shipping methods do you offer?

We offer air freight (5-7 days), sea freight (20-35 days), and express courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS, 3-5 days). We handle all customs documentation and can ship door-to-door worldwide.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?

Absolutely. We always recommend approving a pre-production sample before mass production. Sample costs vary by product type and are typically refundable with your bulk order.
Do you support custom packaging?

Yes, we offer full custom packaging services — from OPP bags and header cards to premium gift boxes, blister packaging, and display stands. We can also design packaging for you.
What file formats do you accept for artwork?

We accept AI, PSD, PDF, CDR, PNG (300dpi+), and SVG files. If you only have a rough sketch or concept, our design team can help create production-ready files.
How do you ensure product quality?

We implement a 3-stage QC process: raw material inspection, in-line production checks, and final pre-shipment inspection. We can also arrange third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas) upon request.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T (bank transfer), PayPal, and Western Union. For new clients, we typically work on a 30% deposit / 70% balance before shipping. Long-term clients enjoy more flexible terms.
What is your return / after-sales policy?

We stand behind our quality. If products don't match the approved sample in terms of material, color, or craftsmanship, we'll remake or refund. Claims must be filed within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.
Do you sign NDAs to protect my designs?

Can you match specific Pantone colors?
